Ridding a house of cigarette odor
Q We are in the process of selling our house. The house is obviously appealing to buyers but we have received comments about the smell of cigarettes. We do not smoke in the house and have not for the last month but prior to that did for several years. I was told to put a bowl of vinegar in each room which we did and also used baking soda on all the carpets. The odor still seems to be there. Is there anything we can do that will rid this odor? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
A. To eliminate any bad odors, try spraying Nok-Out on all unfinished surfaces throughout the house (on any finished surfaces, you should try spraying Nok-Out on an inconspicuous area to make sure it will not damage them.) You can order it online at www.nokout.com.by
